Welcome to **SplatterBallGun** ([splatterballgun.info](https://splatterballgun.info/)), an independent recreational gel blaster testing lab, electromechanical repair resource, and field safety publication dedicated to helping hobbyists troubleshoot, maintain, and safely enjoy water-bead blasters.

 

## Our Mission & Hands-On Testing Lab

 

Electric hydro-gel blasters—such as the SplatRBall SRB1200, SRB400, SRB400-SUB, and modern V2/V3 nylon-gearbox platforms—combine high-speed DC motors, 7.4V LiPo battery packs, spring-driven hoppers, and 7.5mm super-absorbent polymer (SAP) water beads. When a blaster stops feeding, drops FPS, or fails to charge, generic advice rarely solves the problem.

 

Our engineering and editorial team bench-tests every troubleshooting procedure in our Winter Park, Florida workshop before publishing. We measure actual chronograph FPS speeds, verify 7.4V 1800mAh LiPo cell balance voltages under load, calibrate 7.5mm hydro-gel bead hydration curves across varying water hardness levels, and document complete gearbox teardowns step by step.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in recreational airsoft and hydro-gel blaster electromechanical diagnostics, LiPo battery safety, and outdoor target field refereeing, Marcus oversees all repair guides, FPS tuning benchmarks, and eye-protection safety protocols across the site.
